SUBMISSIONS

Ampersand LA is an arts and culture publication. 

You can send us pitches for stories you’d like to write, and completed submissions. 

For all pitches/submissions, 

1. Email the proper section editor, CC ampersandla@usc.edu.
2. Header Format: “PITCH: Subject”
3. Please tell us a bit about who you are and include a link to a writing sample.
4. Describe briefly what the piece is about, why it’s a good fit for Ampersand, and if you haven’t completed it, how you plan to do so. Be sure to note if the piece is timely.

If it’s a completed submission: Include the draft in a Word Doc.

If it’s a pitch: How long do you plan for the piece to be? What’s your timeline for completion?
